docs(s001): Windows serves — the last CI question is closed
Run 34083291129 at 5ab1698, all three jobs green. Windows: HTTP 200 on port 61453, COLD_START_MS=929. The earlier 'never observed serving' was my port parse, not the artifact. AC6's per-OS half is now complete from one green run: linux x86_64 desktop_linux_x86_64 21293896 B 589 ms macOS aarch64 desktop_macos_aarch64 12435992 B 1556 ms Windows x86_64 desktop_windows_x86_64.exe 25024512 B 929 ms mix gate exit=0. Run `34080826739` answered it: the app *was* serving, on port 58912, and my step curled 58911,

heartbeat, `curl` closing disarmed nothing, and 1824 ms later the app shut itself down. See

AC8's correction. The port parse is fixed; a run that confirms a Windows 200 has not yet

completed, and this stays unproven until one does.
