python-version 3.x resolved to 3.15 on some runners, where lxml 6.0.2 has no wheel and the source build fails for lack of libxml2/libxslt headers.

The docs build was failing on some runners and passing on others.
python-version: 3.xresolves to Python 3.15.0 on runners that already have it and to 3.14.8 on the rest. lxml 6.0.2 has nocp315wheel on PyPI, so on 3.15 pip falls back to building it from source, which fails:This pins
