Applied filers (tags, search) should modify URL #16
I should be able to send URL to somebody, and he should see the same search results, as I do.
Ex. I select tags 'HTML5' and 'Basics', copy URL and send to some junior or intern in Skype. He should click on link and see only related list of materials (articles, websites, etc.).
