Map: `options` not applied reactively

It seems like the generic options attribute is only applied once initially and not reactively. E.g. when dragPan is set via options, it is only applied once and not updated when the prop changes reactively.

Turns out, there is no straight-forward way to apply all possible MapOptions reactively, due to MapLibre's imperative style.

Instead, I opted to expose the dragPan option in the same way that scrollZoom is exposed: #285
