The Earthquake Mapper queries the USGS Earthquakes API for recent earthquakes catalogued by the USGS. Earthquakes are visualized using Leaflet.js for the basemap and D3.js to provide interactivity to the map. The USGS Earthquakes API limits queries to 20,000.
