I am proposing this to make consumption via starters or parents in bigger projects easier.

Let me know your thoughts on this.

Thanks for providing this PR. I agree that a BOM is a useful addition to the library making it easier to consume. I have some proposals to the PR.

I have adressed the comments and decided to rename the cf-logging-version property to cf-java-logging-support.versionin all docu places in this readme. If this is not desired, I can revert the last commit ..

Just one upgrade of the current version which is 4.3.0. Otherwise this is good to go. It will require a change to the Wiki documentation after merge.
