From orchestration team:

ibm granite guardian should replace llama-guard but I think it is not yet available but the orchestration team is working on it

I put this PR on hold for now, because the replacement to the deprecated filter is not yet available and we should not confuse users with deprecation in this case.

Once the replacement is available, we can update this PR and merge both at the same time: the deprecation of the old model and introduction of the replacement

On the expected GA availability:

Currently the team is targeting 2609b. Hope to make 2610a at the latest. Cutover for 2609b is currently planned for Wed 16-Sep-26, so at that point we'll know if the feature makes 09b
