mlx: include sibling commons headers before the packaged ones - #1153
Adds LFM3 Omni and LFM3 D1 support across the MLX Swift runtime and llama.cpp, fixes a Swift build failure in rac_mlx.h by preferring sibling commons headers from core/include before the packaged ones, and enables git long paths on Windows so the llama.cpp fetch doesn't hit MAX_PATH.
Bumps llama.cpp to runanywhere-b10453.10 and mlx-swift-lm to 3.31.14; mlx-audio-swift moves from the 0.1.9 tag to a branch carrying that version.
The MLX runtime loads lfm3_omni checkpoints with the VLM factory and scores both lfm3_vl and lfm3-d1 checkpoints with a new LFM3D1 model.
llama.cpp chat formatting now runs the model's Jinja template via common_chat_templates_apply; the old llama_chat_apply_template detected ChatML and dropped LFM3-Omni's prefilled thinking response, and the plain-text fallback is kept for template failures.
Trains the desktop kit version at 0.20.43; published SDK assets stay pinned at 0.20.37, with XCFramework checksums refreshed from a local build of the new llama.cpp and mlx-swift-lm versions.
Written for commit ff82467. Summary will update on new commits.
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added support for loading and scoring LFM3 decision models in the Swift MLX runtime.
Added recognition of LFM3 decision models in the llama.cpp runtime.
Improvements
Improved chat-template handling, with a plain-text fallback if template processing fails.
Updated the llama.cpp runtime version across supported platforms.
It looks like this branch is under active development. To avoid overwhelming you with review comments due to an influx of new commits, CodeRabbit has automatically paused this review. You can configure this behavior by changing the reviews.auto_review.auto_pause_after_reviewed_commits setting.
The PR adds LFM3 decision-model handling to the Swift MLX runtime, changes llama.cpp decision recognition and chat-template application, and updates package dependencies, version identifiers, header selection, and Windows toolchain setup.
The manifests select the siddhesh/mlx-swift-lm-3.31.14 branch and update the declared MLX Swift version to 3.31.14.
LFM3 checkpoint loading and scoring bindings/swift/Sources/MLXRuntime/MLXTextDecisions.swift, bindings/swift/Sources/MLXRuntime/MLX.swift
Checkpoint detection maps lfm3_vl to LFM3 decision handling. The session loads and clears LFM3D1, and scoring maps returned scores to request option keys and returns the input-token count. LLM checkpoints with model type lfm3_omni load through VLMModelFactory.
Template application uses the common Jinja-template API, skips a duplicate system message when a separate system prompt is supplied, and returns the plain-text fallback when an exception occurs.

The core version changes to 0.20.43. The llama.cpp version changes to runanywhere-b10453.10 in core metadata and the Flutter, Kotlin, and Swift bindings.
Header selection and Windows Git setup core/include/rac/backends/rac_mlx.h, .github/actions/setup-toolchain/action.yml
The MLX header selection uses relative includes when the relative decision-service header is available. Windows toolchain setup enables Git core.longpaths.
RunanywhereAI/runanywhere-sdks#1152: It changes decode_all and error handling in the shared D1 scoring path used by the newly recognized lfm3-d1 models.
Swift distribution builds and decision scores may be incorrect, and the 0.20.43 kit train needs the appropriate release workflow. Resolve or explicitly accept those risks before merging.

Remove the unused chat-template buffer constants and stale comments.
kChatTemplateBufSize and kFormattedPromptBufSize have no references beyond their declarations. apply_chat_template uses common_chat_templates_apply, so the buffer and re-query comments are stale.

Package.swift requires mlx-swift-lm3.31.14, but the tracked resolution selects 3.31.11. SwiftPM cannot use that stale pin for the current manifest. Normal builds resolve a new graph before building and modify the checkout; builds using --force-resolved-versions fail. Run swift package resolve and commit the generated root lockfile. This is separate from distribution-manifest synchronization.

The PR publishes cpp-desktop-v0.20.43, but this comment names cpp-desktop-v0.20.40. The next SDK release rule is therefore stale. Replace 0.20.40 with 0.20.43 if 0.20.43 is the published kit tag.

Tagged mlx-audio-swift0.1.11 on the #6 merge commit (4a8a86c; same tree as siddhesh/mlx-swift-lm-3.31.14, and it pins mlx-swift-lm 3.31.14). Please repin both Package.swift files from branch: "siddhesh/mlx-swift-lm-3.31.14" to exact: "0.1.11" and refresh Package.resolved. A branch pin moves under consumers and SPM won't resolve it alongside other exact pins.
#1150 also bumped bindings/swift/DevTools/runanywhere-mlx-cli, bindings/swift/example and tests/decision-cliPackage.resolved, which this PR leaves at 3.31.11. Worth bumping those here too, since I'm closing #1150 as superseded.
Merge still needs a second approver (branch protection requires 2; Sanchit's approval is on).
