Converts workflow-context persistence to TypeScript without changing normalization, saved custom entries, context comparison, lineage deduplication, pending continuations, or fallback behavior. Named context, triage, entry-summary, and raw persistence types stay with the implementation and reuse native SessionManager, lineage, progress, and handoff types. Updates all 29 consumers, the live reference, and the JavaScript baseline.

Named raw views replace existing generic record assertions; the redundant triage-metadata assertion is removed. Existing unvalidated persistence boundaries retain their guards and opaque values. Stored formats, error handling, and test assertions remain unchanged.

Validation:

• Frozen root/docs installation with Bun 1.4.3; initialized submodules are clean.
• All 11 preliminary CI checks pass, including type checks, lint, language policy, documentation links, and Workspace build.
• All 31 existing focused cases pass across workflow contexts, segment rollover, execution-segment runtime, and execution/semantic-repair handoff. Case-count delta is zero.
• Emitted runtime JavaScript AST matches the original module exactly; all 29 consumers match apart from native extension references.
• Independent Standards, Spec, and Tests reviews are clear.
• Full GitHub source and Golden CI required before merge.
