Why this PR exists

  • A maintainer explicitly invited this PR in the linked issue or discussion
  • I am a maintainer / this is internal Roomote work

What changed

Prepare Roomote 1.19.5 → 1.19.6, using the explicitly confirmed patch bump. pnpm run version generated the root-only product version and changelog from two patch inputs; the summary and highlights are polished for the in-app release dialogs. Both temporary inputs were consumed. Workspace package versions are unchanged.

The full first-parent range from published v1.19.5 to audited develop fe1dec8a24979b53320c87ec0c3b7833a6009e35 contains #3624, #3626 and #3636. No pending changesets or unshipped newer candidate existed. #3636 is behavior-preserving authentication dependency/security maintenance, so it adds no standalone dependency-only changelog bullet; its operator upgrade requirements are documented here. No eligible external contributor or linked issue-reporter acknowledgements were found.

Release summary and highlights

Roomote 1.19.6 restores reliable all-repository automations across GitHub organizations and makes it easier to clean up sessions without losing your place.

  • Run all-repository automations when multiple GitHub organizations are connected.
  • Select and delete sessions in bulk from either overview, keeping your current view and filters.

Patch changes

  • All-repository automations now start reliably when connected GitHub repositories span multiple organizations, instead of failing to create source-control credentials after another GitHub App installation is added.
  • Select and delete multiple sessions from the Sessions list or board again, with page-scoped selection and failed deletions retained for retry. Deleting one or several sessions keeps you in the current overview with its filters and page instead of redirecting home.

Public documentation coverage

  • Sessions selection, page scope, deletion confirmation/retry and overview retention: already current in Sessions.
  • All-repository execution and GitHub installation boundaries: existing custom automation execution targets and GitHub task Git access remain accurate; startup recovery adds no setup or permission requirement.
  • Authentication upgrade guidance: update operations to upgrade participating auth servers together and restart sign-in/account-linking attempts begun before upgrade; existing sessions and registered callback URLs remain.
  • No new provider/integration, navigation entry or logo mapping is required.

Impact and release boundary

This PR contains release artifacts and practical upgrade documentation only. Squash-merging it to develop cuts the preparation and automatically opens the frozen Promote v1.19.6 to production PR against main. That candidate requires its own exact-head CI and reviews. This PR does not authorize production promotion.

How it was tested

  • pnpm run version succeeded: 1.19.5 -> 1.19.6, consuming both patch inputs.
  • Release artifact assertions passed: only root package.json, CHANGELOG.md, and apps/docs/self-hosting/operations.mdx changed; the root version is the only package.json change; two patch bullets and polished highlights are present; no pending changesets remain; .changeset/README.md and all previous changelog content are preserved.
  • git diff --check passed. Normal pre-commit formatting and Judgement passed.
  • The ordinary push hook ran exactly once and passed oxlint, residual web/worker ESLint, all 27 fast typecheck tasks and Knip. Non-failing circular-package and Mint ignore-binary configuration hints were emitted.
  • Per the release skill, full tests, release-script suites, docs validation, standalone lint/format/typecheck/Knip and pre-push script were not manually duplicated. CI and Docs must succeed on this PR before merge.
  • Browser proof is not applicable to this release-artifact and prose-only change; no screenshots or external OAuth tests are claimed.

Checklist

  • The PR title follows the repo convention: [Fix], [Feat], [Improve], [Refactor], [Docs], or [Chore] followed by a user-facing description — using the release skill's required Release Roomote 1.19.6 title.
  • This PR is small and scoped to one change
  • pnpm lint and pnpm check-types pass locally — normal push-hook equivalents passed; full manual aliases are deferred to CI per the release skill.
  • I added tests or included a clear manual validation note above
  • I removed secrets, tokens, private keys, and customer data from code, logs, and screenshots
  • If this change should appear in the changelog, I ran pnpm changeset — authored two valid patch inputs directly per the release skill and consumed both with pnpm run version.

No code issues found. Reviewed the root version bump, release notes against the included changes, and authentication upgrade guidance. Tests, lint, type checks, upgrade compatibility, and docs validation passed; the application image build was still running when checked. The PR merged while this review was in progress. See session
