Why this PR exists

The runtime investigation skill directs its mandatory first reads to two files that no longer exist. Following it produces failed reads before an agent reaches the actual queue and recovery owners. It also conflates the local development preview port with the proxy's internal/container port.

What changed

• Point both queue/recovery reference lists to task-run-queue.ts and orphaned-task-runs.ts.
• Distinguish the configurable local development default 18081 from the proxy's internal/container default 8081.

The change is limited to the checked-in skill source. It adds no policy, dependencies, runtime state or application behavior.

How it was tested

• Baseline c97173a7: both former mandatory source paths are absent; actual source owners exist. The failed reads were directly observed while following this skill.
• Exact head 85f022d7: all 15 unique source file/directory references resolve. The queue/recovery modules export dequeueTaskRun and getOrphanedTaskRun respectively.
• Evaluated the real ecosystem.config.js: preview proxy defaults to 18081 and respects ROOMOTE_PREVIEW_PROXY_PORT=19081. Confirmed the internal service default remains 8081.
• git diff --check and intact commit/push gates passed, including oxlint, residual lint, workspace fast types and Knip. Browser proof and new text-mirroring tests are not applicable to this documentation-only correction.

Reviewed the documentation diff against the queue/recovery source owners and preview-proxy configuration. Both replacement paths are correct; the local development default 18081, ROOMOTE_PREVIEW_PROXY_PORT override, and internal default 8081 match the source.
