Adds loopguard to Cross-Agent Tools.
What it does: a zero-dependency Python CLI that tails AI agent session transcripts (Codex CLI
function_callJSONL schema supported natively) and alerts — console + optional Telegram — when the agent repeats the same tool call, oscillates A→B→A→B, or stalls with no new events. Exit codes make it usable in CI/cron.Why here: directly useful to Codex CLI users who leave long sessions running; parses Codex's native session format. Stdlib-only, MIT, 41 tests, CI matrix (linux/macOS/windows × Python 3.10/3.13).
