What it does: local healthcheck for Codex rollout logs and Claude Code session logs — duplicate records, retry amplification, cache accounting, consecutive tool failures. Distinctive: missing evidence is reported UNPROVABLE instead of silently zero, and the repo ships an embedded conformance pack (CLI + GitHub Action) so other parsers can test against the same fixtures.
