Add iolys Visual Studio extension to IDE integrations

Adds Iolys to IDE & Editor Integrations, next to the other Visual Studio extension already listed (dliedke/ClaudeCodeExtension).

What it is

A Visual Studio 2026 extension that integrates Codex CLI into C# and .NET solutions:

• Uses an eligible ChatGPT subscription (sign in with ChatGPT, no separate API key required)
• Model selection, reasoning effort and fast mode controls
• Usage tracking (percentage used, reset windows)
• Codex CLI download, updates and rollback managed from the IDE
• Code context from files and the editor context menu, native Codex tools (web search, image generation)

Iolys is a proprietary product, not an open-source repository, so the entry has no star badge.

• The extension is currently free.
• Paid plans are planned for later, adding advanced features that are not available yet; a free plan will remain available.

The Codex subscription is billed separately by OpenAI.
