Friendly bump — session-top v0.0.3 is out with a few highlights that may help reviewers:

• Discover Codex archived_sessions after native archive
• --json for overview / why / sessions
• Cached vs uncached input mix when events provide it
• Plan type / credits / resets on overview when present
