Hi — thanks for maintaining this list, it's the most complete Codex CLI resource I've found.
Suggesting one addition for the "Monitoring & Analytics" section.
Every entry there answers "how much am I using right now" (PulseMeter, abtop, CodexBar, ccusage, tokscale...). None of them answers a different question: "when did the limits last actually reset, and can I verify it?"
OpenAI resets Codex limits without warning, so people keep asking when the next one is. I've been keeping a public ledger of every reset with a source link for each one:
Each row has the date, the affected tools, and a link to the primary source (OpenAI status page, changelog, or the announcement post). It's a plain text/CSV feed so it can be consumed directly.
If you think it fits the section, I'm happy to open a PR with the entry formatted to match the rest of the file. Either way, thanks for the list.
