Full Rebuild (Sync) of August 2026: bump ros2-distro-mutex to 0.16.0 and build_number to 21 post-PR real failures #276
Likely resolved in the RoboStack monorepo, RoboStack/robostack, where all ROS 2 distributions are now built. In the jazzy rebuild there (RoboStack/robostack#61), green on all five platforms:
macOS qt_gui_cpp (empty -mmacosx-version-min=): the fix from this repo (ebe6741) is carried there, and qt_gui_cpp built on all five platforms.
Windows: the failure was the turtlebot4_node test environment not solving, because ros2run was only on the channel with the old mutex (a build-order problem, not a compile error). turtlebot4_node, ros2run and the rqt packages all built on win-64.
The one thing left to watch is that the first post-merge jazzy build doesn't hit the same test-dependency ordering.

macOS failure:
not sure what triggered this error, but it could be related to the lockfile refresh in #272 .
