…orms Like build:<distro> for distributions: a PR with platform labels builds only those platforms (build:linux = linux-64 and linux-aarch64, build:osx = osx-64 and osx-arm64, build:win = win-64, or one platform such as build:linux-64), all of them without. For iterating on e.g. Windows fixes without waiting for the few macOS runners; remove them for a full build before merging. The runners move from testpr.yaml's matrix to tools/robostack.py (BUILD_TARGETS); the plan job outputs the selected ones. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
