RobloxDtoFactoryBase Doing Unintentional Client Evaluation

The `.ToList()` call for a number of functions in `RobloxDtoFactoryBase` is placed outside of the `QueryData` function. This will result in evaluation of the query being done on the client-side as described [here](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/ef/core/querying/client-eval).
