chore: remove stale translations#390

Confidence Score: 4/5Safe to merge — purely removes stale content with no logic changes to the English docs. The deletion is intentional and clean. The only open question is whether the Algolia crawler and any external bookmarks pointing at /es/ or /pt/ paths should be handled with redirects, but that is a post-merge follow-up rather than a blocker. docs/.vitepress/config/shared.ts — Algolia crawler config may still target removed language paths. In Nov 2023, users noticed ES/PT docs existed but were incomplete. One user said PT had 13 dev docs and Spanish had 21: https://discord.com/channels/310192285306454017/533411674162593812/1174345825573421107
In Feb 2024, someone said they had bookmarked the PT docs but "most are not translated": https://discord.com/channels/310192285306454017/533411674162593812/1207755129793552424
Our ES/PT translations are materially incomplete. The localized paths also no longer line up cleanly with current English paths, especially PT. They're good-faith efforts as-is, but they're also drift-prone and actively mislead our users with stale information.
If we support these translations, it should be done on Crowdin or some other workflow so continuous maintenance is baked into the localization process.
