- Move sources into BepisLocaleLoader/ subfolder, rewire slnx
- Add Directory.Build.props/targets (BepInExPath dev-loop, PackTS, version emission), global.json, user-props template, gitattributes, full gitignore + dependabot
- add csproj NuGet metadata (MIT/ResoniteModding), drop unused BepisResoniteWrapper, thin out props-owned settings
- Rewire thunderstore.toml paths, comment out versionNumber, bump BepisLoader dep
- Port workflows to pinned PackTS build/publish/release trio
