Add an adapted course-init.sh that replaces REPLACEREPONAME, selects lab variants, and fails clearly when --type bfx lacks modules.bfx. Refresh README and DEVSPACE with the real Dev Spaces URL and hol-first init guidance. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
