Description
- publish ilt-editdistance patch with py315 wheels (required for Windows; status: done)
- publish soundswallower patch with py315 wheels (status:
starteddone) - test on Linux (status:
currently fails due to soundswallowerpasses) - test on MacOS (status: ???)
- test on Windows (status:
currently fails due to soundswallowerpasses) - add py 3.15 to matrix testing in CI (status: see PR Various repo maintenance: dev groups, hatch matrix testing, Lazyfile depr; remove Anaconda #317)

Tested on Linux: soundswallower fails to install on Linux just like on Windows, due to
cmake.verbosenow beingbuild.verbose. The fix is in progress: ReadAlongs/SoundSwallower#81joanise commentedon Nov 2, 2026
Soundswallower fixed, and v0.6.8 released with wheels for Python 3.10 through to Python 3.15
