### OpenShift Catalog Version Note

For the v1.5.1 release, the OpenShift OLM bundle was originally intended to
use v1.5.1, matching the general AMD GPU Operator release. Because the v1.5.1
bundle contained an image SHA256 mismatch, a follow-up v1.5.2 bundle was
published to the certified-operators catalog. Therefore, OpenShift users
installing the v1.5.1 release through OperatorHub will see v1.5.2. This is
expected; use v1.5.2 for the v1.5.1 OpenShift OLM installation.
