[Feature]: Add support for WSL2 deployments

Suggestion Description

The AMD librocdxg library enables WSL2 ROCm to use GPU devices in Windows. This library also has a fork of amd-smilib that works for WSL2. However in order to get the amdgpu-exporter working we need gpuagent to be able to link to this WSL2 enabled version.

I’ve tested this on a couple of system and it works good. I’ll see if I can get a PR for this.

@sbates130272 thanks for the report. If you could contribute to the feature that would be great. Please attach the results and validation done with exporter integration as well. We can evaluate and decide.

The librocdxg seems to be deprecated though. Please make sure a maintained library is used

@spraveenio thanks. Yes I think the plan is to move librocdxg into ROCm-systems. I'll see if that is done or not. I'll try and work on a PR in the next week or two.
