- Allows passing in extra CMAKE flags after the srock defaults
- Example to add a few flags to the minimal build:
export SROCK_CMAKE_EXTRA="-DTHEROCK_ENABLE_FFT=ON -DTHEROCK_ENABLE_RAND=ON -DTHEROCK_BUILD_TESTING=ON"
