Summary

  • Expands the CI matrix from gfx94X-dcgpu only to all GFX families that have runner definitions: gfx90a, gfx950-dcgpu, gfx110X-all, gfx1151, gfx120X-all
  • Relaxes the test-job gate in therock-ci-linux.yml to match the expanded set
  • Purpose: probe which runners are actually available and fire up on PRs; results will inform which families to keep permanently

Test plan

  • Observe which matrix legs build successfully
  • Observe which matrix legs reach the test stage
  • Drop families with no runners from the permanent matrix

Add gfx90a, gfx950-dcgpu, gfx110X-all, gfx1151, gfx120X-all to the
CI matrix alongside gfx94X-dcgpu to probe which runners are available
and fire up on PRs.

These two test components are arch-independent (cpu runners and a
fixed banff* runner respectively), so there is no value in running
them once per GFX family. Pass projects_to_test through
therock-test-packages.yml so that non-primary families only exercise
rocgdb-gpu.
