CI 액션 버전을 v5로 올려 Node 20 지원 종료 경고 제거 - #1

checkout·setup-node 의 v4 는 Node 20 기반이고, 러너가 이를 Node 24로 강제 실행하면서 매 실행마다 지원 종료 경고를 남긴다. 지금은 경고일 뿐이지만 실행마다 붙어서 실제 문제를 가리게 되므로 v5로 올렸다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
