Not enough Into to set up to contribute

1. The exact method of extracting obj from loaded binary isn't told. I assumed I need to extract program with COFF choice.
2. Building with vs 2005 tutorial isn't fully finished. I tried but windows.h was missing and it needed some other sdk to be installed and linked to get it working

This project could have way more contributors and be finished faster if the exist setup was explained more and with better detail.
