This stems from wanting to give my mother in law access to only series in spanish, since she doesn't speak English and it was frustrating having every jellyfin page full of stuff she couldnt watch.
Instead of just deleting the language tags, we can extract them and 1) add them to the NFO so that the media server grabs metadata in the matching language 2) append them to the filename so that, for jellyfin at least, multiple versions of the same movie or episode in different languages results in a select version popup and 3) use them to create a subdirectory of the movies and shows directory, so we can add a media library that's only media from a specific language.
