Resolve main/development divergence by carrying the stable feedback and diagnostics workflow onto the newer beta architecture. Preserve declarative UI composition, junction-safe diagnostics output, collision-safe ZIP export, and the beta security/installer hardening. Advance the prerelease version so published beta.2 artifacts remain immutable.
