isconj(::ComplexSpace) unconditionally returns true

isconj(V::ComplexSpace) = true always, instead of isdual(V) (the correct answer since conj == dual for ComplexSpace, and what every other space type does). isconj(ℂ^3) == isconj((ℂ^3)') == true.
