In sector-coupled models, add_electricity now skips power plants whose fuels the sector model tracks and hydrogen storage, instead of adding all components and removing them later in prepare_sector_network.

Removes the
pypsa_eurconfiguration section. In sector-coupled models,add_electricitynow skips power plants whose fuels the sector model tracks (OCGT, CCGT, oil, coal, lignite, biomass, waste) and hydrogen storage, instead of adding everything and removing it later inprepare_sector_network. Technologies are selected once, viaelectricity: conventional_carriersandelectricity: renewable_carriers.Composed networks of the overnight and myopic sector test configs are unchanged. Existing geothermal plants are now kept in sector-coupled models. A config that still contains
pypsa_eurfails validation.
