What
Adds the
/cash-flowroute inApp.tsx(the page was unreachable dead code) and introducescashFlowLiveApiwhich queries/cash-flow/*endpoints through the sharedutils/apiclient (auth token attached by its interceptor). Load is gated on populateddistributionAccount/assetIssuerso mount no longer fires an invalid request or error toast.Note
CashFlowForecast.tsxoverlaps textually with #678 (auth token fix); whichever lands second rebases trivially.
