§7 and Appendix A still described the release gate as it stood before the packaging PRs. "migration verification" was withdrawn with completion grill Q6; multi-platform checks moved to the release workflow, which is the only place two OSes can verify one commit; and macOS coverage is regression evidence, not the release evidence verify-release requires. The list now separates the gates the script runs from the two it does not yet have, in the same order and wording as the script's own MISSING block, and the appendix names release.yml as the owner of the exact-commit rule.
