…tall, release workflow Materializes completion-grill Q7–Q11, Q16–Q18 and Q21 as four PRs: hello.pid, corral uninstall, scripts/package + install.sh + the package smoke in verify-release, and the tag-driven release workflow. One decision is requested before PR 3: the package smoke cannot isolate release-build binaries from the real account home without reopening ADR 0001 D1, so the default smoke stops before the daemon and the daemon-dependent half runs on the disposable release runner and in the e2e harness.
