Here is the second try to merch the Poliphon second part. We cloned the lates dev branch and applied the changes again.

I fixed it. It really was a matlab-version issue :-(
Now it runs the whole way through.

I would test it within the operational mode. Does everyone agree with that?

But I have not implemented any plottings so far for POLIPHON2, of course.
