- corrected writing of SNR, BG and RCS informations to nc-files
- added SNR, BG and RCS plotting-procedure
- changed the naming of the ouputfiles to YYYY_MM_DD format and added timestamps HHMM-HHMM to filenames
- added overlap-write-to-file-procedure
- added overlap-plotting-procedure
