Keep bun.lock at format 1 for Dependabot - #21

Conversation
Bun 1.4 writes new lockfiles in format 2, which Dependabot's Bun updater cannot parse yet (it reads up to format 1), so its npm updates failed. Bun 1.4 installs from format 1 and keeps it when packages change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What changed
bun.lockgoes fromlockfileVersion2 to 1. Dependabot's Bun updater only reads format 1, so its package updates were failing with "Unsupported bun.lock 'lockfileVersion' 2".Bun 1.4.2 installs from a format-1 lockfile, including
--frozen-lockfilein CI, and keeps format 1 when packages are added or updated. Nothing else in the lockfile changes.Checks
