cjs_wrap_builtin_require: object_create_on_builtin_namespace_get_prototype_of_not_sentinel fails on main (TypeError: Cannot convert undefined or null to object) #11542

cargo test -p perry --test cjs_wrap_builtin_require fails on current main (verified on linux-x64 at main 24a5262bd, release build of -p perry -p perry-runtime-static -p perry-stdlib-static):

• cjs_wrap_object_create_on_builtin_namespace_get_prototype_of_not_sentinel fails with TypeError: Cannot convert undefined or null to object and exit 101.
• The other 5 tests in the file pass.

It was found while validating #11413, and it fails identically with and without that PR. Integration suites under crates/*/tests run per-PR only when the diff names them, so this likely landed unseen and turns up in the sweep/full-tier cargo-test jobs.

Next step: bisect for the commit that introduced it (candidates: recent Object.create / builtin-namespace prototype changes, e.g. #11166).
