the debian and ubuntu overrides drifted per group: meta-server, meta-ha and psp-16 skipped the cleanup step on debian-12/13 only, ppg minor-upgrade debian-13 and ppg major-upgrade debian-13 and ubuntu-jammy pointed cleanup at playbooks/cleanup-deb.yml which those groups never had (molecule silently skips a missing cleanup playbook), and 14/15/16 emitted the redundant scenario name on debian-12. one shared os_overrides macro now sets the sizes and rhel billing tags, everything else comes from the group defaults. drops the legacy_debian_overrides knob, snapshot updated for the 24 affected debian-13 files.
