Continues #4 after renaming the branch to interaction-check/javascript-adapters. The commits and review scope are unchanged.

Adds external adapters for Slate, Lexical, Tiptap, Quill, Immer, Zustand, XState, Yjs, Automerge and Redux Toolkit. Thirty hand-specified scenarios exercise real editor histories, patches, notifications, entity reducers and two-replica document operations. Dependencies are pinned to stable npm releases with a lockfile.

Validation: 30 scenarios / 151 steps, 39 Python runner tests and 6 JavaScript protocol tests pass locally on macOS arm64 with Node 24.19.0; Prettier passes. All 34 CI jobs pass, including the new JavaScript matrix on Linux, Windows and macOS. The push workflow also passed.

Tiptap and Quill use jsdom; Quill scrolling is disabled because jsdom has no layout. Browser input, IME, rendering, network providers and full upstream suites remain outside this adapter validation. Stacked on #10 so this diff contains only the JavaScript examples. No runner-core changes or upstream source changes.

Ten external proposals have been published; adoption is awaiting maintainer feedback. No runtime dependency is imposed on these projects.
