Implements the three subtasks of BBK-1 (Increased guidance in integration flow).

BBK-2 — Webhook URL the internet can reach

• notification_url must be public HTTPS; localhost never receives callbacks.
• To see the callback: hooks.paymob.com (user opens it and pastes back their Hook URL; no retention; display only, no forwarding).
• To test the handler: a tunnel (ngrok / cloudflared) or a deployed preview URL. Never either in live.
• New section in intention-api.md, new section 5 in live-resources.md, three troubleshooting rows in SKILL.md.

BBK-3 — Prompt for a test payment, show the right test details

• New references/testing-guide.md: explicit "Ready to run a test payment?" checkpoint, only the test details for enabled methods (numbers stay only in test-credentials.md), and how to test each integration type: custom web, Pixel, mobile SDK, Shopify (test mode button, off before live), WooCommerce/other plugins (Test Mode + Store Check with the Paymob Wizard Connector), Payment Links.

BBK-4 — Show what the user can do

• "What this skill can help with" menu in SKILL.md, shown only when asked or the request is vague, filtered by platform; one line of next steps after a milestone.
• New no-code Payment Links path.

Other fixes

• notification_url works for all payment methods (was "Card Integration IDs only").
• Pixel sample rewritten from the current docs (paymob-pixel package on jsDelivr, new Pixel({...})); the old Paymob.init / paymob-sdk.js snippet didn't match. Please have the Pixel team confirm the target of the payFromOutside event — the docs name it but not where to dispatch it.
• Integration Wizard description refreshed (code lab, sandbox links, HMAC checker, Store Check).
• universal-prompt.md, AGENTS.md, and README.md synced.

python scripts/validate.py passes. Version left at 3.3.0 (releases are tag-driven).
