Document public Project Shadow R1 status

Outcome

Refreshes the PBHP repository's documentation-only Project Shadow boundary after the exact R1 candidate and separate Myth v0.3.4 sidecar were published.

Changes

• links the canonical Project Shadow R1 release and records the exact public asset identity:
  • SHA-256 2f8fe1530b6a83294d15011df95853aaecf08fa4dba756f0c2e91dd089e1b1ec
  • 7,679,812 bytes
• links the separate Myth v0.3.4 sidecar while preserving its default-off, mixed-rights, nonauthorizing status outside canonical R1
• replaces the stale PENDING_EXACT_CANDIDATE_HASH_AUTHORIZATION / “nothing published” wording
• makes clear that the external releases do not change this repository's PBHP identity or authorize production or operational deployment, efficacy or safety claims, certification, or legal-compliance claims

Preserved

• no src/, protocol/, license, governance, package, workflow, tag, release, or binary changed
• PBHP remains the v0.9.5-named April 19 snapshot with 17 post-audit v0.9.6 fix categories across 103 source/protocol lines
• the latest formal PBHP GitHub release remains v0.9.0
• the Project Shadow and Myth bytes remain in the separate Project Shadow repository

Root cause

The earlier documentation repair merged while the exact R1 candidate was still pending public-release authorization. The release completed afterward, leaving three status surfaces stale.
