Summary

• adds the supplied additive website and component-distribution layer
• preserves PBHP v0.9.5 protocol source, implementation, tests, historical material, and release history
• corrects README release wording because GitHub currently publishes only through v0.9.0

Validation

• distribution validator: PASS (24 components, 23 website pages)
• inherited test suite: 730 passed, 20 subtests passed
• credential and excluded-material scan: no findings

Closing as superseded by the locked Project Shadow R1 release boundary. This July 18 draft contains obsolete pre-lock website/download payloads and does not bind the admitted R1 Beta2, Primitive Commons beta.5, or the separate current Myth sidecar identity. It must not be merged into PBHP. The branch and discussion remain available as historical work; any future maintenance should start from current main and use exact-hash, correction-only scope.
