Adds JAW.id to the /wallets support matrix as an implementer of ERC-8213.

JAW.id surfaces ERC-8213 verification digests as copyable hashes:
These sit alongside its existing ERC-7730 human-readable descriptions, so a signer can independently reproduce and verify what they're approving.
