Nvfetcher works, but isn't very configurable. I would like options to slow down fetches to avoid rate limits and/or allow specifying what entries to fetch so that git and releases can be fetched separately.
It needs to fetch sha256 hashes and very preferably include cargo lock hashes
Some potential options:
Or we could use multiple nvfetcher paths and somehow join all of the source files together
