What

A review of every skill and agent command in the repo, fixing what would fail or mislead an agent. Paradev plugin skill fixes are in #9257, next to the CLI change they depend on.

Broken

  • sentry (debug-with-sentry, find-in-sentry): allowed-tools named get_issue_details, get_event_stacktrace, search_events and others as direct tools. The server lists 14 tools; the rest are catalog tools reached through search_sentry_tools + execute_sentry_tool. search_events is search_errors. (Tool list from superset mcp tools --plugin sentry.)
  • github ci-triage: api.githubcopilot.com/mcp/ serves only the default toolsets, which leave out actions (job logs, re-runs). plugin.json now sends X-MCP-Toolsets: context,repos,issues,pull_requests,users,actions; the proxy forwards mcp.headers (resolve-target.ts).
  • /task, /task-run: used v1 MCP tools (create_task, list_members, list_devices, create_workspace, start_agent_session) that were removed with the v1 server. Now tasks_create, organization_members_list, hosts_list, projects_list, workspaces_create (whose agents field starts the agent).
  • pr/create-pr: deleted. It describes the Create PR button attaching pr-context.md; that flow and buildPRContext were removed (feat(desktop,host-service): delete legacy mastra chat in favor of chat-v3 #6461).
  • create-pr, create-plan: bun run lint:check-node-imports exists in no package.json. create-plan pointed at src/shared/ipc-channels.ts and other removed desktop files (IPC is tRPC routers now) and at apps/web/plans, apps/api/plans (don't exist).
  • mobile-sim-verification: flows/sign-in.yml was deleted (Cloud/local auth-sync, Limrun mobile dev tooling, and a Mobile Simulator pane #8087); the egress log is .tmp/eas-dev/egress.log.
  • incident-triage and the incidents runbook: superset doctor is a skill, not a CLI command.
  • dev-doctor: Sentry org is superset-sh, not paradev.
  • ci-check: root bun test runs every suite in one process; CI runs bun run test (turbo).
  • AGENTS.md examples: ws create --project needs --name; agents create and terminals read need --local, since they default to the cloud on cloud accounts.

Outdated / minor

  • peec: list PLANNED (customer-written actions); create_actions needs kind.
  • superhuman: through Paradev, calls also take superset_account when there are several connections.
  • stripe: the MCP server can't close a dispute; evidence goes through evidence + submit: true.
  • circleback: SearchMeetings has no sort, and a profiles filter means every profile attended.
  • linear duplicate-sweep: name duplicateOf / relatedTo on save_issue.
  • notion: drop the title-vs-body search advice (notion-search can't); allow notion-list-page-backlinks.
  • granola: mention switch_workspace.
  • superset-settings, cdp-verification: app home is ~/.paradev (legacy ~/.superset).
  • create-pr, create-plan gain frontmatter descriptions. deslop follows the AGENTS.md comment rule. draft doesn't hard-code the mcp__linear-server__ prefix.

Publishes github 1.0.4, linear 1.5.6, notion 1.0.6, sentry 1.0.3, granola 1.0.3, circleback 1.0.3, stripe 1.0.3, superhuman 1.0.3, peec 1.0.1.

Verified

  • bun run check:plugins: clean. packages/shared plugin tests: 23 pass. bun run lint:fix: clean.
  • I checked tool names against live servers: Sentry (through the proxy), Peec list_actions/create_actions, Linear save_issue. MCP tool names for /task against packages/mcp/src/tools/.
  • Not verified end to end: the GitHub actions toolset (github isn't installed on my account), and the Granola and Sazabi argument details (taken from vendor docs; Sazabi's skills left unchanged).

Not changed

  • apps/mobile/scripts/e2e/host-states.sh and apps/mobile/.eas/workflows/e2e-ios.yml still reference the deleted sign-in.yml. They're not skills, so this PR doesn't fix them.
  • The superset:environment skill runs superset integrations github … and superset connections github …, which were internal-only. feat(cli): make integrations and connections public #9259 makes them public.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Plugin Updates
    • Updated nine integrations, with improvements to GitHub tool access, Notion search, Sentry error investigation, and meeting-history searches in Circleback and Granola.
    • Refined Linear duplicate handling, Peec action tracking, Stripe dispute guidance, and Superhuman account selection.
  • Documentation
    • Updated setup and workspace guidance, including settings locations and local troubleshooting steps.
    • Improved instructions for creating tasks and plans, and for running the full test suite.

Walkthrough

This pull request revises agent commands and operational guidance, updates plugin skills and GitHub tool configuration, and increments versions for nine plugins in the marketplace and plugin manifests.

Changes: Agent command workflows

Layer / File(s) Summary
Plan and PR authoring guidance
.agents/commands/ci-check.md, .agents/commands/create-plan.md, .agents/commands/create-pr.md, .agents/commands/deslop.md, .agents/commands/pr/create-pr.md, AGENTS.md
Plan examples now use desktop tRPC paths. PR templates remove the Node-import lint command and update the renderer check. The PR command under pr/ is deleted. Other command guidance and workspace examples are revised.
Task and workspace tool workflows
.agents/commands/draft.md, .agents/commands/task-run.md, .agents/commands/task.md
Task commands use updated Superset task, member, host, project, and workspace tools. They resolve a user ID from the git email. The draft command uses generic Linear tool names.

Operational guidance

Layer / File(s) Summary
Local environment and verification instructions

Change: Bug fix

Suggested reviewers: saddlepaddle, harshithmullapudi, avipeltz

Merge Risk: Low · previous review 4026d

This PR only changes agent guidance, plugin skills and manifest versions. Two small guidance mismatches remain unconfirmed: the Sentry skill mentions an issue-update action it does not list as allowed, and the Peec skill's queue filter includes a status value that may not be accepted. Either could cause a skill step to fail or be skipped, so check them against the live tool schemas before or soon after merge.

Remove the unsupported PLANNED filter value.

list_actions.statuses supports PENDING, ACCEPTED, COMPLETED, and REJECTED. PLANNED is a create_actions status, not a valid list_actions filter. This queue call can fail before the agent receives any actions. (docs.peec.ai)

Keep the closeout action available.

The changed allowed-tools list removes mcp__sentry__update_issue, but the workflow still tells the agent to use update_issue to assign or resolve an issue. (raw.githubusercontent.com) Restore the tool if triage is supported, or remove that instruction.

Align the allowed-tools list with the update_issue guidance in the

Review of every skill and agent command:
- sentry: tools the server only exposes through execute_sentry_tool were
named as direct tools; search_events is search_errors.
- github: the default toolsets leave out actions, which ci-triage needs;
  request it with X-MCP-Toolsets.
- /task, /task-run: v1 MCP tool names (create_task, list_devices, ...)
replaced with the current ones; workspaces_create starts the agent.
- pr/create-pr: removed; the pr-context.md flow it describes was deleted.
- create-pr, create-plan: lint:check-node-imports does not exist; desktop
IPC paths are tRPC routers now; real plans/ dirs; frontmatter.
- Smaller fixes in peec, superhuman, stripe, circleback, linear, notion,
  granola, mobile-sim-verification, incident-triage, dev-doctor,
  superset-settings, cdp-verification, ci-check, deslop, draft, AGENTS.md.

Publishes github 1.0.4, linear 1.5.6, notion 1.0.6, sentry 1.0.3,
granola 1.0.3, circleback 1.0.3, stripe 1.0.3, superhuman 1.0.3, peec 1.0.1.

[Medium impact] The changes reach agent workflows across integrations and repository tasks.

Fix the task commands' tracker choice before merging; adding the missing terminal checks is also recommended.

Fix with agent prompt
### Issue 1
.agents/commands/task.md:20-24
If the organization uses Linear, `tasks_create` sends the Paradev user ID from these instructions to Linear as the assignee. The lookup passes UUIDs through unchanged, so it cannot map that ID to the caller's Linear account. Task creation can fail instead of assigning the task to the caller.

`/task-run` has the same problem and also passes the returned Linear issue ID into `taskId`, which expects a Paradev task. Add `tracker: "superset"` to both commands to preserve their stated behavior.

### Issue 2
.agents/commands/ci-check.md:18
`bun run test` runs only the `test` task. CI also runs `test:integration:terminal`, which checks real terminal launches with Node. The updated instruction skips those suites while saying it runs tests as CI does, so an agent can report success before a terminal regression fails on push. Include `test:integration:terminal` in the command.

Summary

Updates agent commands and plugin skills to use current tool names, arguments, paths, and local commands.

  • Sentry guides use the tools available for finding issues and error details.
  • Task commands use current tools to create tasks and launch workspace agents.
  • GitHub connections include the Actions tools CI investigations need.
  • Meeting guides account for how Circleback searches and Granola changes workspaces.
  • Linear guidance uses the current names for linking and closing duplicate issues.
  • Notion search guidance includes page backlinks and drops unsupported title-search advice.
  • Peec guidance includes planned actions and the required action kind when logging work.
  • Stripe dispute guidance explains how to submit evidence and where to accept a dispute.
  • Superhuman guidance selects a connection before choosing an account inside it.
  • The old button-only pull-request command is removed.
  • Repository guidance points agents to current commands, paths, and local workspace options.
