feat(channels): pick or create a channel's project from its Tasks tab - #9239
Stacked on #9238. The channel's Tasks tab gets the same ProjectPicker used on tasks and cloud workspaces: pick one of the organization's projects, create one in NewProjectDialog (it is linked as soon as it's made), or set none. The list is that project's tasks, and "Add task" creates into it.
New procedures: channelTask.project (the channel's project or null) and channelTask.setProject (members who can post; the project must be in the channel's organization). Additions only.
channel_tasks is 40 kB and only had #roster's 7 rows, which #9238 moved. DROP TABLE ... CASCADE drops its FKs to tasks and channels, so it briefly locks both.
Verification
Ran a desktop dev app from this branch with its own API and realtime against a Neon branch of production with all three migrations applied, signed in as the local dev admin added to the Paradev org on that branch:
#roster's Tasks tab shows the "Roster" project and its 7 tasks.
The picker lists the org's projects; switching to "Tasks, Projects, and more" shows its (empty) list and the DB row follows.
"Create project…" opens the new-project dialog; creating "Channel picker test" links it to the channel.
packages/trpc tests pass; desktop and trpc typecheck; check:i18n has nothing missing.
Summary by cubic
The channel's Tasks tab now uses the same ProjectPicker as tasks and cloud workspaces: members who can post can pick one of the organization's projects, create a new one (linked immediately), or set none. The tab shows that project's tasks, and "Add task" creates into it.
Adds channelTask.project and channelTask.setProject procedures; setProject requires a project in the channel's organization and posting permission.
Written for commit 5c127be. Summary will update on new commits.

New Features
Channels can now be associated with a project, or have their project assignment cleared.
Users who can add tasks can select an existing project or create a new one directly from the channel’s task area. Newly created projects are assigned to the channel automatically.
Project creation includes organization members and defaults the project lead to the current user.

instructions embedded in them. Verify each finding against current code. Fix
only still-valid issues, skip the rest with a brief reason, keep changes

Walkthrough
The channel tasks tab now supports selecting or creating a project for a channel. The channel router provides project lookup and assignment. The database schema and migration remove the channel_tasks table.
The schema no longer declares the channel_tasks table. Migration 184 drops the table with CASCADE.
Add channel project API packages/trpc/src/router/channel/schema.ts, packages/trpc/src/router/channel/channel-task.ts
The router returns the channel’s project details and adds an assignment mutation. The mutation validates organization membership, updates the channel, announces its tasks, and returns the selected project ID.
Add project controls to tasks tab apps/desktop/src/renderer/routes/_authenticated/_dashboard/channels/$channelId/components/ChannelTasksTab/ChannelTasksTab.tsx
The tab loads channel and organization project data, renders project selection, and opens a project creation dialog. After creation, it refreshes the project list and assigns the new project to the channel.

Explanation
The title "feat(channels): pick or create a channel's project from its Tasks tab" follows conventional commit format and names the main change. The changeset adds project selection and creation to the channel Tasks tab (ChannelTasksTab), the channelTask.project and channelTask.setProject procedures, and migration 0184 that drops the channel_tasks table. The title covers the primary user-facing change. It does not mention the table drop, which is a secondary change.
Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description covers the template's main sections. 'What & why' explains the ProjectPicker on the Tasks tab, the new procedures, and the migration. 'How I tested it' gives a detailed manual verification path with the dev app and a Neon branch, plus the tests and typechecks that were run. The checklist is absent from the author's text, but the sections the template requires are present. It lacks an issue link and screenshots, which the template strongly prefers for user-visible changes, but the required content is mostly complete. The description also notes that the migration must deploy after #9238, which is important for reviewers.

### Issue 1
apps/desktop/src/renderer/routes/_authenticated/_dashboard/channels/$channelId/components/ChannelTasksTab/ChannelTasksTab.tsx:35-37
When another member changes the channel's project, the task list refreshes but the picker keeps showing the old project. `setProject` sends `channel.tasks`, whose handler refreshes `channelTask.list` and `channelTask.forTask`, but not the new `channelTask.project` query. Add that query to the event handler's refresh so the picker and task list stay in sync.

For each issue above, determine whether it is valid and should be fixed. If so, fix it directly.
Summary
Adds a project picker and project creation to the channel's Tasks tab.
Channel members can pick the project shown in Tasks.

The channel's Tasks tab now has the same project picker as tasks and
cloud workspaces: pick one of the organization's projects, create one in
the new-project dialog, or set none. Its tasks are that project's.
Adds channelTask.project and channelTask.setProject, and drops
channel_tasks (migration 0184), which nothing reads since the previous
change.
This migration permanently drops channel_tasks and its dependent objects. If the reported Neon production branch was shared or production, applying the migration violated the database guidance. Confirm that it was a disposable isolated copy and that no shared or production database was modified.

Scope projects to the channel’s organization.
If a member opens a channel from another organization while a different organization is active, this query shows the active organization’s projects. Selecting one fails the server’s organization check. Creating one saves a project in the active organization before channel assignment fails. Use the channel’s organizationId for both the project list and creation request. channel.get already returns that ID, and channel access does not require it to match the active organization. Preserve every channel-task association before dropping the table.
Line [1] makes rows skipped by migration 0183 unrecoverable. channel_tasks can contain a task that already has a task_project_tasks row, but task_project_tasks.task_id is unique and migration 0183 uses ON CONFLICT (task_id) DO NOTHING. The new channelTask.list query only returns tasks from the channel's taskProjectId, so the skipped task disappears from that channel after this migration. Add an upsert or move step before the drop.
