Holding this — it needs a migration, not a bump. The new CI job (#99) caught it immediately:

The PostCSS plugin has moved to a separate package, so to continue using Tailwind CSS
with PostCSS you'll need to install `@tailwindcss/postcss` and update your PostCSS
configuration.

Tailwind 4 is a ground-up rewrite, and the PostCSS plugin split is only the first step. A real migration here means:

1. Add @tailwindcss/postcss and rewrite postcss.config.js
2. Move tailwind.config.js theme customisation into CSS @theme blocks (v4 is CSS-first; the JS config is legacy)
3. Work through the v3→v4 utility renames (shadow-sm → shadow-xs, changed default border/ring colors, etc.)
4. Re-check every page visually — this touches all styling on the site

That last point is why I haven't just done it: on a marketing site, silent visual regressions are the actual risk, and they won't show up in next build. It deserves its own PR with a page-by-page before/after pass, not a rubber-stamp on a Dependabot bump.

No urgency — Tailwind 3.4 is still supported. Happy to take it on as a scoped piece of work whenever you want it.

Holding this one — it can't merge as a bare version bump. Tailwind v4 is a breaking rewrite and this repo is still on the v3 setup, so the build fails. Reproduced locally on this branch:

Three things need migrating together before v4 can land:

1. postcss.config.js — tailwindcss: {} becomes '@tailwindcss/postcss': {} (new package).
2. styles/globals.css — the @tailwind base/components/utilities directives are replaced by a single @import "tailwindcss";.
3. tailwind.config.js — no longer auto-loaded in v4. Either port it to CSS-first @theme tokens, or keep the JS file and reference it explicitly with @config "./tailwind.config.js";.

Worth doing as a deliberate migration PR rather than through dependabot. Leaving this open as a reminder, but it should not be merged in its current state.
